It is highly thrilled to introduce the world’s first smartphone with a BlackBerry® keyboard and full touch screen – the BlackBerry® Torch™ 9800. RIM will be launching their Blackberry/iPad tablet PC in November the company behind the amazingly popular Blackberry mobile phones has now registered the domain name blackpad.com. Trademark App of RIM for “BB Drive”

Research In Motion recently filed a trademark application for “Blackberry Drive“, where it describes it as “Key fobs; non-electric cables and wires of common metal; small items of metal hardware; goods of common metal not included in other classes”. This filing was made slightly more than a week ago, and from the sounds of it, it is as though Blackberry users are able to pair up their device to a shackle in order for locks to be opened simply by entering a PIN on the Blackberry application. No idea what may or may not have been fixed in this release folks but if we happen to get a change log we’ll add to the post. Sirius XM Radio is rumored to be releasing an app for BlackBerry within the coming weeks.
