Tokyo is the most expensive city to live with a cost of 13.1% .Whereas Osaka & Moscow were held on the top spot in last year’s ranking & Geneva  Come’s on No 4.These changes took place because of the exchange rates.On march’2009 NewYork moved upto no 8 from no 14, london  on no3   from no 16 as pound rate was low i.e 1.37 against U.S dollars.Except this another massive change was dubai which moved on no 20 because the  local currency pegged to the green ball.The More the value of dollar will be increased more will be the cost of living  but at least everyone knows  it for certain. Just about everywhere else, it seems, nobody knows for sure what the cost of living is like until the year is already in the  rear-view mirror.
